   RinseCo Power Washing provides residential exterior cleaning services including but not limited to: driveway and sidewalk cleaning, deck and fence washing, and more. All services will be performed professionally using industry-standard equipment and environmentally safe cleaning products.

 

Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be scheduled through our website or by phone/text.

• You will receive a confirmation via email or text once your booking is complete.

• Please ensure access to all necessary areas (including water source) is available on the day of service.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

​

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

• If weather or safety conditions prevent us from completing your service, we’ll contact you promptly to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

Payment Policy

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

• Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with the results, please let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
